What game is this?

A few years ago i saw a review for a RTS for the PC and I cant remember what it was called. The only thing I can remember is that you played as god and your people chose how they worshiped you (monotheistic, polytheistic,atheistic, etc.) I know that is not alot to go by, but can anyone think of what i may be talking about. It wasnt the Black and White series. (good series though)
